Dear Authors, Please note the updates made to the Editorial Policy of the journal. Starting from 2026, the journal will publish an article by the same author (prepared individually or in co-authorship) no more than once within a calendar year.

We kindly ask you to review the Publication Ethics section. The publisher is responsible for ensuring compliance with the principles of publication ethics and preventing violations, including but not limited to the following practices: offering agency services, providing intermediary services to authors such as “turnkey publication,” corresponding with the editorial board on behalf of the author, revising articles by agents based on reviewer recommendations, and preparing paid reviews.
